Kelly Hemp -

Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree from Bethel College. His communications degree from Bethel is well suited to busy contracting, construction, and customer’s daily needs. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry. In 1983, his concrete career began when he started out as a concrete block laborer then soon advanced to flatwork finisher. He has an extensive and growing concrete background, and has specialized in ICF since 1998. He has also worked in most other areas from framing to finish trim. His commercial construction background makes him well suited to the complexities of both commercial and residential construction and remodeling. |

Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife, Carrie, and daughter Ella Grace who was born March 12, 2006. He also enjoys being part of their church marriage ministry, deer hunting, elk hunting in Colorado, fishing, four-wheeling, and spending time at their cabin in Hayward, WI. |

Micah is an undergraduate of the Construction Management Program through the U of M. In his 3 years with Cornerstone, Micah has gone from installing ICF’s to teaching ICF technology in continuing education classes. His field experience along with his formal industry training help enable him to coordinate every detail of our projects. |

Ken Downey -
Project Manager |
Ken has been with the company 3 years. He has detailed knowledge and training in the ICF construction field. Ken has completed his first course in the AGC Supervisory Training Program. His many years of coaching sports and being a leader helps our team grow and learn quickly. |
